All bookings are binding upon purchase. Tickets cannot be canceled once a booking is made. In some cases, we may resell the tickets at a cost. However, this is not a guarantee that resale can be arranged.

Our prices only include tickets and do not cover flights or accommodation.‍

In some instances, the event may be moved or the timing changed close to the original event date due to various reasons. We do not always have direct access to tickets through the venue, artist, or sports team. Therefore, we may not always receive timely information to alert you of such changes. Please check the arena's website or call just before the event to verify the day and time.

If your event is canceled, you will be entitled to a refund. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded for canceled events. Physical tickets need to be returned to us in the case of a canceled event. If the event is postponed, keep your tickets as they will be valid for the new date. There will be no refunds for postponed events.

Usually, we do not have direct connections to any venue, artist, or sports team for last-minute bookings for sold-out events. Therefore, the purchase cost may not reflect the face value printed on the ticket and could be higher or lower.‍

We want to draw your extra attention to the following:

• The ticket prices via these suppliers are always higher than the regular price.

• The match date and time may change after the tickets are printed.

• The customer is responsible for ensuring that the date and time are accurate before the match.

• The order is binding, and tickets will not be refunded for changed match dates.

• There is no guarantee of exact seating at the stadium; only seats in the ordered category are assured. Therefore, it's recommended not to wear the visiting team's supporter attire, as entry to the stadium may be denied.‍
